Born: 1878 Died: unknown. Dr. Harold C. Bradley was first introduced to skiing at the age of 28 when he witnessed a ski jumping tournament in Wisconsin. That began a life-long love and involvement with ski sport. He encouraged all seven of his sons to take up skiing. He and his wife sponsored Paul Bietila as a student at the University of Wisconsin and established the Paul Bietila Memorial Trophy in 1940. He enjoyed ski touring and earned a reputation as a skiing adventurer tracking many of the famous ski routes in the United states.
