Hamilton, Edward “Ned”
Hall of Fame Nominee
Owner/operator of Peter Glenn, the preeminent chain of specialty ski and snowboard shops in the Northeast in the 1960’s and 70’s and still going strong with seven locations in Florida, and one each in Atlanta and Richmond and www.peterglenn.com.

Ned has graciously volunteered his time to various Boards and Associations including the National Sporting Goods Association (NSGA) serving as its President in 1972 and Snowsports Merchandising Corporation (SMC) – a buying group of specialty retailers.
He was also a manufacturer’s rep (Geiger of Austria), distributor (Bolle), and ski area owner (Bolton Valley Ski Resort, VT).
Peter Glenn has won numerous industry accolades, as a Top Shop voted by readers of SKI Magazine, and Retailer of the Year by Snowsports Industries America (SIA).
In 2012, Ned received SIA’s Industry Achievement Award.
