Henry S. Woods

Henry "Bem" Woods was a member of the Dartmouth Outing Club.  He was the first national champion in the downhill being the winner of the historic race on Mount Mooselauke in New Hampshire in 1933.

A very good four event skier he was named captain of the 1937 U.S. FIS team and competed throughout Europe that year.  He eventually became a nationally qualified judge for ski jumping.
